Ihre Aufgaben: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im industriellen Umfeld Führung und Koordination eines interdisziplinären Projektteams Planung, Organisation und Überwachung sämtlicher Projektphasen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualitätsstandards sowie Budgetvorgaben Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Technik und internen Abteilungen Laufendes Projektcontrolling inkl. Reporting und Präsentationserstellung Monitoring des Projektfortschritts sowie frühzeitige Identifikation von Risiken Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen Aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und digitalen Lösungen Organisation und Durchführung von Vorabnahmen, Übergaben und Endabnahmen Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU), z. B.
