What awaits you
We entrust you with handling a wide range of issues arising from existing legal provisions and current legislative projects at national and Union level (e.g. in the areas of e-government, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, electronic identity [e-ID], Single Digital Gateway, European Health Data Space, etc.)
Look forward to drafting intellectual property law issues - particularly licensing law - and their practical implementation in the context of audits and contract negotiations in the digital age
You accompany our digitalisation strategy from a legal perspective with regard to digital services (applications, confirmations, chatbots, apps, etc.) for our insured persons
Furthermore, you prepare statements and legal opinions for internal and external contacts in connection with implementation and liability issues (e.g. reporting obligations or provider liability)
You also act as a central contact person and interface to the Legal and Science department
Competition and public procurement law are not among your core tasks
What sets you apart
You have a completed degree in law
Furthermore, you have in-depth knowledge and initial professional experience in the relevant national and international legal bases, such as the E-Government Act, NIS-2 Directive and national implementation, eIDAS Regulation, Single Digital Gateway Regulation, AI Regulation, EHDS Regulation, Copyright Act, Medical Devices Act 2021
