WAS DICH ERWARTET
- Du führst und entwickelst unser Retro-Fit Team und übernimmst die volle Personalverantwortung.
- Du projektierst und wickelst Umbauten sowie Reparaturen technisch und kaufmännisch ab.
- Du optimierst Prozesse und stellst die Einhaltung von Qualität, Termin und Kosten sicher.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen und koordinierst internationale Retro-Fit Großprojekte.
- Du unterstützt die Planung und Budgetierung sowie die Erstellung von Umsatzprognosen.
Anforderungen
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrik oder Elektrotechnik.
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden.
- Du bringst Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, idealerweise im Service-, Retrofit- oder Anlagenumfeld, mit.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Freude daran, dein Organisationstalent unter Beweis zu stellen.
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
