Your tasks
- Technical leadership of a dedicated application team
- Support in the development of individual PLC solutions based on Bachmann controllers for various industrial applications
- Analysis of customer requirements as well as development of practice-oriented technical solution concepts

Requirements
What you bring
- Completed studies or training in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics
- Several years of experience in the development of automation applications in machine and plant engineering
- Very good knowledge of structured text programming (IEC 61131) and additionally programming knowledge in C/C++ as well as Matlab/Simulink – an advantage but not a requirement
- Pronounced project management competence as well as strong communication skills and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring – an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche Leitung eines engagierten Applikationsteams
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von individuellen SPS-Lösungen auf Basis von Bachmann-Steuerungen für verschiedene industrielle Anwendungen
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Erarbeitung praxisorientierter technischer Lösungskonzepte
- Fachliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden als kompetente Ansprechperson für bestehende und neue Hard- und Softwarelösungen
- Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung individueller Kundenapplikationen in den Bereichen PLC, webbasierte SCADA-Systeme, Condition Based Maintenance, Power Management, Motion Control, industrielle Kommunikationsprotokolle usw.
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Veranstaltungen und Kundenterminen
Anforderungen
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Automatisierungsanwendungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der strukturierten Textprogrammierung (IEC 61131) und zusätzlich Programmierkenntnisse in C/C++ sowie Matlab/Simulink – von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementkompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Mentoring von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
