Civil Engineer – Concrete Structural Engineering

Your tasks Structural calculations for building, civil engineering, industrial and infrastructure structures with a focus on concrete construction Structural modeling and FEM-supported internal force calculation Design of components with fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforcement according to regulations or relevant specialist literature Reinforcement planning based on advanced robotic or automated reinforcement technologies Participation in research and development on innovative basalt-reinforced concrete components Representation of the company as a competent contact person Participation in committees and working groups as well as collaboration with TU Wien/Graz Internal project management Your qualification Civil engineer – university degree (TU, FH) or comparable training as a structural engineer Sound knowledge of structural calculation programs as well as FE analysis programs (ANSYS, Abaqus, RFEM, Sofistik or similar), programming skills an advantage Several years of professional experience as a structural engineer in the EU as well as knowledge of European standards Sound experience in project management as well as in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Exact, independent, structured working style Team spirit and enjoyment of new ideas Local flexibility, place of work Leoben or Vienna The offer of our client If all requirements are met, the gross annual salary amounts to € 80,000 p.a., an overpayment is possible with appropriate qualification Further development of the position into a management role After the onboarding period, one day of home office per week If you are interested in this challenging and exciting position and want to be part of a dynamic team, please apply under the reference number 110.462 via the ISG career portal or by email to bewerbung.petzl@isg.com.
