You are the driving force behind the overarching success of our worldwide intralogistics projects. As Head of Project Management, you lead and develop our project manager team and maintain a strategic overview of the entire project portfolio. Sie sind die treibende Kraft für den übergreifenden Erfolg unserer weltweiten Intralogistikprojekte. Als Leiter Projektmanagement führen und entwickeln Sie unser Projektleiter-Team und behalten den strategischen Überblick über das gesamte Projektportfolio. Sie optimieren bestehende Strukturen, verbinden interne wie externe Interessen auf Managementebene und agieren als wichtiges Bindeglied zur Geschäftsführung. In dieser Schlüsselfunktion schaffen Sie die Rahmenbedingungen zur erfolgreichen Realisierung internationaler Großprojekte.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagement-Teams
- Verantwortung für die strategische Steuerung und Überwachung des gesamten Projektportfolios (Ressourcen, Termine, Kosten, Qualität)
- Direkte Leitung von Schlüsselprojekten
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Optimierung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen, Methoden und Tools

Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene technische und/oder Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik etc.)
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung komplexer Großprojekte, idealerweise im Anlagenbau oder der Intralogistik
- Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz im Projektmanagement (Zertifizierungen wie IPMA, PMI, etc. ist von Vorteil)
- Unternehmerisches Denken, strategisches Handeln und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für das internationale Umfeld
- Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
