Your Responsibilities (R&D Focus)
Technical Leadership:
Architect the end-to-end solution using
Laravel (PHP 8+)
and
React
, ensuring scalability for high-concurrency usage (thousands of students simultaneously).
Team Management:
Lead the hiring, mentoring, and sprint planning for the Frontend, Backend, and DevOps teams. Foster a culture of code quality (TDD, CI/CD) and psychological safety.
Innovation & Strategy:
Translate pedagogical goals into technical specs. Lead the research into AI model integration (LLMs for personalized learning) and ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge to meet FFG innovation criteria.
Security & Compliance:
Oversee data privacy architectures (GDPR) and ensure role-based access control (RBAC) integrity.
Requirements
