Deine Aufgaben:
Du unterstützt die Shop-Leitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und trägst zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Standortes bei
Du übernimmst in Abwesenheit der Shop-Leitung deren Vertretung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Shop
Du coachst und motivierst gemeinsam mit der Shop-Leitung das Team und trägst zu begeisterten Kund:innen bei
Du präsentierst und verkaufst das innovative A1 Produktportfolio und schaffst inspirierende Einkaufserlebnisse
Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung interner Abläufe, um die Service- und Qualitätsstandards von A1 auf hohem Niveau zu halten
Du wirkst bei der Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Lehrlingen im Einzelhandel aktiv mit
Was solltest du mitbringen:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Handel, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder in einer vergleichbaren Branche
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsrolle zu machen, idealerweise in einem filial- oder teamorientierten Umfeld
Freude daran, ein Team mitzugestalten, Mitarbeitende weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen
