Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the local Regulatory Affairs area in Austria
Ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products
Steering regulatory activities for the local portfolio

At least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for medicines, food supplements and medical devices
Experience with regulatory and quality systems (e.g. RIMS, artwork management, TrackWise Digital)
Very good communication skills in German and English
Very good knowledge of MS Office 365
Strong communication, social and presentation skills
Analytical, structured and independent way of working

Prüfung und Freigabe von Artwork, Mock-ups und Werbematerialien im Einklang mit den geltenden Vorschriften
Pflege relevanter regulatorischer Systeme, Datenbanken und SOPs, einschließlich RIMS
Ihr Profil
Abschluss einer naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin (Chemie, Biologie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Veterinärmedizin, Medizin) ist eine unbedingte Voraussetzung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs für Arzneimittel, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und Medizinprodukte
Erfahrung mit regulatorischen und Qualitätssystemen (z. B. RIMS, Artwork-Management, TrackWise Digital)
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Sozial- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
