Not just trusting the system:
You critically review system and order proposals, recognise unusual demand developments at an early stage and get to the bottom of the causes together with internal and external partners.
Delivery dates under control:
You monitor order confirmations and delivery dates and actively, bindingly and solution-oriented manage suppliers as well as freight forwarders.
Preventing bottlenecks instead of managing them:
You recognise impending supply risks at an early stage, set priorities, escalate where necessary and initiate suitable countermeasures in good time.

You work continuously on data quality, scheduling routines, bottleneck overviews and meaningful KPIs.
