Job description - Responsibility for the group-wide data architecture and target visions as well as their translation into actionable architecture principles, standards and roadmaps - Technical and professional leadership in the selection and introduction of a modern Data Platform - Joint definition of standards for data integration, data governance and data quality in close collaboration with data owners from the business departments, Corporate Information Security and Enterprise Architecture - Technical consulting of business departments for reporting, analytics and AI initiatives as well as evaluation and classification of new requirements in the data architecture - Management of external implementation partners and technology providers - Continuous further development of the data platform based on the corporate strategy, the requirements of the business departments and technological developments Requirements - Education or studies in the field of computer science, data engineering or business informatics - Several years of experience in data architecture, data engineering or data platforms - Knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake) - Experience with data modeling, data products, metadata management, access and authorization concepts as well as modern integration patterns - Analytical, structured and communicative personality - Very good German and English skills Additional information - Further training opportunities - International working environment -Sports and fitness offerings - Flexible working hours - Meal allowance
