Your tasks
Participation in the preparation, coordination and handling of tenders as well as in the awarding of building construction services
Preparation of bills of quantities, functional descriptions or constructive tenders with individual items and quantity take-offs

Participation in bid evaluations, price comparisons and award recommendations
Overview and coordination of construction-related processes within the scope of project development
Management and co-design of tender processes in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external project participants
Continuous monitoring of deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant award and project requirements
Support with structured documentation and administrative handling in the project environment

Your profile
Completed technical education, e.g. HTL, apprenticeship with a focus on building construction or a comparable qualification
First or relevant professional experience in project development, tender management, construction supervision, construction planning or in the awarding environment is an advantage
Also

Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as general IT affinity
