As a
bus driver in short-distance service (part-time)
you bring many people safely and punctually to their destination day after day – whether in the countryside or in the city.
You are the first point of contact for our passengers: you provide friendly information, sell tickets and help where support is needed.
You also keep an eye on your vehicle: you check the roadworthiness and operational safety of your bus and ensure that everything stays clean and in good condition.

in "short-distance service" of 20
hours, a monthly average salary* of € 1,579.73 gross
is envisaged.
The average salary includes 15 travel days of more than 3 hours each for
the expense allowance.
On top, holiday pay and Christmas remuneration of
€ 1,929.62 gross each are paid semi-annually. Additional work or overtime is
paid / compensated additionally. The minimum wage according to the collective agreement
for employees in private bus companies is € 2,968.65
gross per month (based on 40h full-time).

Faire Bezahlung von Anfang an
: Für die Funktion „Omnibuslenker:in
ist bei einer
Teilzeitbeschäftigung
im „Kurzlenkdienst“ im Ausmaß von 20
Stunden ein monatlicher Durchschnittslohn* von € 1.579,73 brutto
vorgesehen.
Im Durchschnittslohn sind 15 Fahrtage mit jeweils mehr als 3 Stunden für
die Spesenvergütung eingerechnet.
On top werden halbjährlich Urlaubsbeihilfe und Weihnachtsremuneration von
je € 1.929,62 brutto ausbezahlt. Mehrleistung oder Überstunden werden
zusätzlich ausbezahlt / abgegolten. Der Mindestlohn laut Kollektivvertrag
für Dienstnehmer in den privaten Autobusbetrieben beträgt € 2.968,65
brutto pro Monat (auf Basis 40h Vollzeit).
