You will be part of the team
Proof Management in the central technical management of ÖBB Immobilienmanagement
GmbH. Proof Management deals with current trends and processes them
systematically.
You record, analyze & coordinate concepts with a focus on electrical engineering, communications engineering as well as smart systems and prepare them at a defined level of maturity as a decision-making basis for technical instructions and standards.
Internal and external technological influences are assessed by you (e.g.: new standards, digital trends, etc.) that affect central technical management, and you derive strategic recommendations for action from them.
You plan, manage & evaluate pilot projects in the areas of electrical engineering, communications engineering as well as data & system management (e.g.: BIM, digital platforms, intelligent building systems, etc.) and transfer findings in a structured way into sustainable concepts.
You contribute to the development of standards, guidelines and technical specifications for the maintenance and further development of properties and systems and ensure a uniform quality basis.
Subject-specific training, workshops & presentations are prepared by you and you conduct them in order to pass on know-how in a targeted manner to different target groups.
Your profile
You have successfully completed
a relevant technical university degree (electrical engineering,
communications engineering, digital systems, building technology, computer science or a
comparable technical field of study) OR alternatively an HTL
(electrical engineering, communications engineering, automation technology or
building technology).
In
addition, you have experience in the development, assessment or
further development of technical standards, guidelines or
strategic concepts.
You
bring a sound understanding of the interaction of
electrical/communications engineering systems, IT systems and data.
You
have experience in or a strong interest in modern digital systems
such as BIM, networked building systems, data platforms, smart homes, AI
based applications or Big Data.
You
work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, convince
through reliability and accuracy and value collaboration in
a team.
You
have strong communication skills and can convey complex
technical content in an understandable way.
Knowledge
as well as experience in project management and MS Office are
required.
