Your job
As a skilled worker in the field of protection technology, you make a significant contribution to the reliable supply of our infrastructure with green traction current and are thus an important part of the energy and mobility transition.
In a dedicated team, you work on the diagnosis and rectification of faults in protection systems of the 15 kV and 110 kV traction power supply (ÖBB power plants, frequency converters, traction power line network, overhead line network).
You assist with acceptance tests and gain experience with commissioning.
You support the creation of uniform documentation of the measurements and checks carried out.
After successful internal training and subject-specific further training, you independently take on the tasks/projects assigned to you.
Your profile
A successfully completed technical education (technical college diploma HTL, apprenticeship certificate in electronics/electrical engineering or comparable).
Computer user skills (Office applications).
You are characterized by precise and responsible work in the danger zone of electrical high-voltage installations.
You are reliable and show a high level of commitment.
You are flexible for deployment throughout the entire federal territory – even multi-day business trips are not a problem for you.
High communication and teamwork skills as well as a high willingness to undergo training and further education.
Track suitability (determined at recruitment) as well as alpine suitability.
Driving licence category B.
