Your job, you...
are jointly responsible with the product team for the technical further development of two central data integration platforms.
actively help shape the technical roadmap of the integration platforms and support the Product Owner in architecture, technology and platform decisions.
develop and operate integration solutions based on IBM webMethods (API Gateway, API Management, Integration Server, ESB, Universal Messaging and Managed File Transfer).
implement, configure and optimize APIs, integration services and platform components for various business areas and group applications.
analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust, secure and scalable platform solutions.
work closely with system architects, service managers, specialist departments and external partners and support the product teams in implementing new integration requirements and connecting new systems and business partners.
accompany architecture reviews, platform upgrades and migrations within the data integration environment and ensure that technical solutions meet the requirements regarding performance, availability, security and governance.
implement automations for deployment, configuration and operation using modern DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
analyze complex disruptions, performance problems and technical bottlenecks and derive sustainable improvement measures.

have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
have
several years of practical experience as a Platform Engineer, Integration Engineer,
Solution Engineer or Software Engineer in the environment of
enterprise integration platforms
have in-depth technical expertise in the area of IBM webMethods and have practical experience with several of the following components:
API Gateway
API Management
API Portal
Integration Server
Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
Universal Messaging (UM)
Managed File Transfer (MFT)
have experience in the development and operation of API-based integration solutions (REST, SOAP) as well as service-oriented architectures.
have a good understanding of modern integration and architecture concepts as well as of API Governance and API Security.
ideally are familiar with Kafka, Event-Driven Architectures or Change Data Capture technologies and bring experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git as well as Infrastructure as Code.

verantwortest gemeinsam mit dem Product Team die technische Weiterentwicklung von zwei zentralen Data Integration Plattformen.
gestaltest die technische Roadmap der Integrationsplattformen aktiv mit und unterstützt den Product Owner:in bei Architektur-, Technologie- und Plattformentscheidungen.
entwickelst und betreibst Integrationslösungen auf Basis von IBM webMethods (API Gateway, API Management, Integration Server, ESB, Universal Messaging und Managed File Transfer).
implementierst, konfigurierst und optimierst APIs, Integrationsservices und Plattformkomponenten für unterschiedliche Geschäftsbereiche und Konzernanwendungen.
analysierst technische Anforderungen und überführst diese in robuste, sichere und skalierbare Plattformlösungen.
arbeitest eng mit Systemarchitekt:innen, Service Manager:innen, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen und unterstützt die Produktteams bei der Umsetzung neuer Integrationsanforderungen und der Anbindung neuer Systeme und Geschäftspartner:innen.
