Your tasks - exciting and varied:
You operate
locomotives with up to 10,000 hp and travel on both the rail network
in Austria and abroad.
You transport goods responsibly and punctually to their domestic or
foreign destination.
You receive
in-depth specialist training tailored to your prior knowledge as well as
ongoing technical and operational further training.
This is what you bring - our expectations:
You have
already successfully completed your universal train driver training or are willing to complete
corresponding additional training within 5 years
and hold a valid EU driving licence.
Through
your high flexibility (including irregular
shift work, changing duty start locations, deployment in a
standby pool as well as on-call duty), you contribute to the efficient and
reliable handling of freight transport (full train services) in Austria and
abroad.
You have
very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken, in order to ensure successful and safe communication with our
customers and colleagues.
You are reliable, absolutely punctual and safety is your top
priority.
You can provide a clean criminal record.
This is what we offer you - a convincing package:
A one-time
bonus (applies only to applicants who have not been employed within the
ÖBB Group in the last 12 months)
1) Applicants
with B1 and B2 authorisation: in the amount of € 5,000 gross after
at least 6 months of service and passing the examination to
obtain an additional certificate from ÖBB-Produktion GmbH for all classes
A and B on the ÖBB network.
2) Applicants
with B2 authorisation: in the amount of € 2,500 gross after at least 6 months
of service and passing the examination to obtain an
additional certificate from ÖBB-Produktion GmbH for class B2 on the network
of ÖBB. After passing the class B1 examination (including the examination to obtain
the corresponding additional certificate from ÖBB-Produktion GmbH for class
B1 on the ÖBB network), which must be completed within 5
years and is organised by ÖBB-Produktion GmbH in accordance with operational requirements, a second part of this
bonus in the amount of € 2,500 gross is due.
For
the role "Universal train driver International full train", a minimum salary of € 45,822.42 gross/year is envisaged, with remuneration above the collective agreement of at least € 47,865.16 gross/year.
In
addition, you are entitled to a voluntary on-top payment of € 300.00 gross/month
(14x per year).
Furthermore,
you will be paid an allowance in the amount of € 200.00 gross/month (12x per year).
The
normal weekly working time is 38.5 hours; overtime worked and performance-related additional payments are paid.
Higher
rating of night work time by 25% per hour.
