We prepare you carefully in 5 months with thorough training, including regular learning checks, for your later job as a train attendant.
Already during your training, you receive a gross monthly salary of € 2,739.42 for 38.5 hours per week. After completing your training, a minimum salary of € 3,187.12 gross/month is envisaged for the “train attendant” role.
In addition, we offer performance-oriented allowances/additional benefits averaging € 350 gross/month as well as payment for overtime worked. You therefore receive an average gross monthly salary for the “train attendant” role of € 3,537.12 on a full-time basis. Due to allowances, special payments, etc., an average gross annual salary of € 48,819.68 is possible.

After fully completing the training, it is possible to reduce the employment level to part-time by agreement.

You check tickets, provide timetable and price information and are responsible for quality assurance on the vehicle.

Expectations you fulfil:
You are at least 18 years old and have completed military or civilian service or are exempt from it.
You have very good German skills and enjoy an open, supportive style of communication with our passengers. Conducting conversations in English is also always possible for you.
Ideally, you have completed
training (e.g. apprenticeship) and/or bring experience
in customer contact
.
A well-groomed appearance is important to you and, with your friendly and open manner, you gladly approach customers and support them.
Even in stressful or conflict-laden situations, you radiate calm.
Punctuality and flexibility are among your strengths and you and your family can cope well with changing working hours in shift service (night/weekend/public holidays).
