For the role of "omnibus driver", a monthly average salary* of € 3,735.90 gross (based on 40h full-time) is envisaged. The average salary includes 15 overtime hours and 15 full travel days for the expense allowance. On top, you receive € 3,859.25 gross holiday pay and Christmas bonus twice a year. Due to overtime, expense allowance, holiday pay and Christmas bonus, a total annual remuneration of around € 52,549.29 gross (based on 40h full-time) is possible. The minimum wage according to the collective agreement for employees in private bus companies is € 2,968.65 gross per month (based on 40h full-time).
