nationwide support
of clinics.
Areas of responsibility
Proactive support and support of new customers in the sales territory of Austria
Clinical support during the introduction and application of new, innovative incontinence products in hospitals
Conducting product training, workshops and in-house training for medical professionals (nursing staff, physicians, therapists)
Active sales work to manage product tests, evaluations and pilot projects, including preparation and support of contract conclusions
Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant stakeholders in the healthcare sector
Participation in trade fairs, congresses and continuing education events
Support in the creation of training materials, clinical arguments and case studies
Support in the implementation of care pathways and the integration of products into clinical workflows
Collaboration with internal departments such as sales, marketing and business development
Maintenance of data in the CRM system
Responsibility for quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Qualification profile
Professional experience in a hospital/care or medical environment
A completed education in the field of care or an equivalent field and/or (initial) experience in sales or field sales in medical technology
Previous experience in the area of urology / incontinence care is a great advantage
Negotiation-level German as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form, good IT skills (MS Office etc.)
Confident handling of digital tools and presentation media
Pronounced communication and presentation skills with a high degree of personal initiative and customer orientation
A self-responsible, goal- and performance-oriented way of working
Independence, perseverance and team spirit
High willingness to travel in Austria, your place of residence is preferably in the Vienna/Lower Austria area

österreichweite Betreuung
von Kliniken
neu geschaffen.
Aufgabenbereiche
Proaktive Betreuung und Support neuer Kunden im Verkaufsgebiet Österreich
Klinische Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Anwendung von neuen, innovativen Inkontinenzprodukten in Krankenhäusern
Durchführung von Produktschulungen, Workshops und Inhouse-Trainings für medizinisches Fachpersonal (Pflegekräfte, Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen)
Aktive Vertriebsarbeit zur Steuerung von Produkttests, Evaluierungen und Pilotprojekten inklusive Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Vertragsabschlüssen
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) und relevanten Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen
Teilnahme an Fachmessen, Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, klinischen Argumentationen und Fallbeispielen
Support bei der Implementierung von Versorgungspfaden und der Integration von Produkten in klinische Abläufe
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Marketing und Business Development
Pflege der Daten im CRM-System
Verantwortung für die quantitativen und qualitativen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresziele
Qualifikationsprofil
Berufserfahrung im Klinik-/Pflege- bzw. medizinischem Umfeld
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Pflege bzw. einem äquivalenten Bereich und/oder (erste) Erfahrungen im Vertrieb bzw. Außendienst in der Medizintechnik
Vorerfahrungen aus dem Bereich Urologie / Inkontinenzversorgung sind von großem Vorteil
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office etc.)
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Präsentationsmedien
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Kundenorientierung
Eine eigenverantwortliche, ziel- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Selbständigkeit, Ausdauer und Teamfähigkeit
Hohe Reisebereitschaft in Österreich, Ihr Wohnort liegt bevorzugt im Raum Wien/Niederösterreich
