Our client Kuwopa is an established Austrian trading company in the non-food sector with its head office on the northern outskirts of Vienna. To support the motivated finance team, reinforcement is being sought. During the induction phase into this responsible position, you will get to know the business processes and will be introduced to the internal organisation of the accounting department. Areas of responsibility Posting of business transactions in the accounts payable area, cash and bank bookings Preparation of analyses and advance VAT returns Liquidity planning and monitoring Account reconciliation Processing of national and international payment transactions Preparation for the annual financial statements Coordination with the branch office Reorganisation of the document management system Qualification profile You have completed a commercial education or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in retail or related industries You are confident in using MS Office applications Knowledge of the software "Jet Fibu" would be an advantage You have very good organisational skills and work on your own responsibility You enjoy working in a team with other departments You can organise well and handle new challenges confidently The offer Attractive annual salary of € 40,000.00 (full-time equivalent), depending on qualifications and experience there is the possibility of overpayment, as well as additional social benefits Long-term employment Varied and diverse range of tasks Team-oriented environment Manageable company structures Individual further education and training opportunities
