Vertretung und Unterstützung der Leitung Accounting
Mitwirkung bei der Umstrukturierung der Abteilung
Verantwortung für Fakturierung und Forderungsmanagement mit direkter Führung von zwei zugeordneten Mitarbeiter*innen
Verantwortung für die Abwicklung der Fakturierung inklusive Sicherstellung korrekter steuerlicher Angaben (Umsatzsteuer etc.)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Gewährleistung eines effizienten Forderungsmanagements
Qualifikationsprofil
Kaufmännische Ausbildung (mind. Matura-Niveau), gerne ergänzt durch weiterführende Lehrgänge bzw. Studium
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung sowie Umsatzsteuer-Knowhow
Erste Teamlead- oder Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, gerne geben wir die Chance zur Weiterentwicklung
Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln (ua. Exportmanagement)
