Top salary with mobility of up to € 5,500 gross per month possible:
Remuneration:
For the function "omnibus driver",
a monthly average salary* of € 3,735.90 gross (based on
40h full-time) is envisaged. The average salary includes 15 overtime hours and 15
full travel days for the expense allowance. On top, you receive
€ 3,859.25 gross holiday allowance and Christmas bonus twice a year.
Due to overtime, expense allowance, the holiday allowance and
Christmas bonus, a total annual remuneration of around € 52,549.29
gross (based on 40h full-time) is possible. The minimum wage according to the
collective agreement for employees in private bus companies is
€ 2,968.65 gross per month (based on 40h full-time).
Mobility bonus
: As a special incentive, you receive an
attractive mobility bonus for the duration of your assignment! Depending on the duration and location of the assignment, the bonus
can amount to up to € 1,960 per month.
Accommodation:
Accommodation limited to the assignment period
is organised and provided,
residence in Austria is required.
Your employment relationship is
fixed-term until the end of 2026,
with
an option for extension if you show appropriate flexibility regarding the location of the assignment
(in rail replacement service or occasional/seasonal transport).
You will be provided with a top ÖBB Postbus
uniform.
