Aufgabenbereiche Gesamtverantwortung für Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie Controlling Verantwortung für Finanzplanung, Budgetierung, Forecasts sowie Liquiditäts- und Cash-Management Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung und steuerlichen Compliance Ansprechpartner*in für Geschäftsführung, Banken, Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Behörden und weitere externe Partner Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Teams Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, Reportingstrukturen und Controlling-Instrumenten Sparringspartner*in der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen Qualifikationsprofil Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Bilanzbuchhaltung) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bzw. Controlling sowie Führungserfahrung Hohe IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Systemen und modernen digitalen Tools bzw.
