Your job
You take on the economic, personnel and
professional management and control of the Electrotechnical Engineering Department.
You are responsible for defining and
further developing standards, planning principles and quality requirements
as well as for developing subject-specific strategies, guidelines and
requirements throughout the entire planning, construction and maintenance process of
electrotechnical engineering.
You align the department with the
company goals and ensure that targets are met. In addition,
you ensure efficient organisation as well as the
continuous optimisation of processes and working methods.
You define performance indicators derived from
the company or divisional goals, manage budgets and resources and
bear responsibility for the results of the department.
You lead and develop your employees,
manage personnel planning and ensure efficient deployment of personnel.
You represent the department within and outside the company and lead, moderate or participate in technical projects and committees.
You are responsible for technical decision-making on technically complex topics and projects in the regions as well as for PNA projects.
You are responsible for technology monitoring and
optimisation as well as quality assurance in the Electrotechnical Engineering Department.
You are responsible for the subject-specific technical support of the regions in the Electrotechnical Engineering Department.
You are the bearer of railway engineering know-how in the Electrotechnical Engineering Department and ensure the transfer of knowledge to the regions.
You ensure the maintenance of the department-specific technical databases.
Your profile
You
have a technical degree from a HTL, university of applied sciences or
university, preferably with a focus on electrotechnical engineering.
You
have several years of professional and leadership experience in a technically
oriented environment.
Ideally,
you have already gained experience within the ÖBB Group or in a comparable
infrastructure organisation.
You
have in-depth knowledge in the field of electrotechnical engineering as well as a pronounced understanding of planning, construction and maintenance processes.
Strategic
thinking, entrepreneurial action and a responsible handling of
resources characterise you.
You
convince through a high ability to make decisions and implement them as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility.
You
have pronounced leadership, communication and social skills
and know how to motivate and further develop employees.
A

your profile.
Our offer
For the function "IN SAE Ltg. Fachbereich Elektrotechnik", a minimum salary of € 104,850 (all-in) gross/year is envisaged. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment is possible.
Since management positions at ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG are only appointed for a defined period, the advertisement for this position is issued as "fixed-term" for 3 years. The fixed term refers only to the appointment as a manager, but not to the employment relationship.
