Your tasks:
As a Software Tester (m/f/d), you make a significant contribution to the quality assurance and stability of our ERP system. You focus among other things on the following activities:
Setup, programming and operation of a scalable test framework (incl. load tests)
Supporting employees in creating test specifications and automated test cases based on end-to-end processes
Execution of test runs as well as automated evaluation and reporting after releases/updates
Analysis and support in fixing errors in close collaboration with business departments, key users and development
Active participation in planning meetings and coordination between internal departments and external service providers
Continuous further development of test methods and tools to increase the degree of automation
Your profile:
Completed education in the field of computer science or comparable
Solid experience in testing complex ERP systems (ideally Infor LN or similar enterprise software)
Confident handling of test automation tools as well as experience in performing load tests (e.g. Playwright)
Ability to analyze complex end-to-end business processes and translate them into precise test scenarios
Structured approach to error analysis and the optimization of quality assurance processes.
Enjoyment of close collaboration with various stakeholders (business departments, key users, external partners).
Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben:
Als Software Tester (m/w/d) trägst du maßgeblich zur Qualitätssicherung und Stabilität unseres ERP-Systems bei. Du fokussierst dich unter anderem auf folgende Tätigkeiten:
Aufbau, Programmierung und Betrieb eines skalierbaren Testframeworks (inkl. Lasttests)
Mitarbeiter in der Erstellung von Testspezifikationen und automatisierten Testfällen basierend auf End-to-End-Prozessen
Durchführung von Testläufen sowie automatisierte Auswertung und Berichterstattung nach Releases/Updates
Analyse und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Fehlern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Key Usern und Entwicklung
Aktive Mitarbeit in Planungsmeetings und Koordination zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Testmethoden und Werkzeugen zur Steigerung des Automatisierungsgrads
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbar
Fundierte Erfahrung im Testing komplexer ERP-Systeme (idealerweise Infor LN oder ähnliche Enterprise Software)
Sicherer Umgang mit Tools zur Testautomatisierung sowie Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lasttests (z.B. Playwright)
Fähigkeit, komplexe End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren und in präzise Test-Szenarien zu übersetzen
Strukturierte Herangehensweise bei der Fehleranalyse und der Optimierung von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen.
Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (Fachbereiche, Key User, externe Partner).
Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
