Job description
- You will take on the mechanical assembly, installation and commissioning of our machines and systems in the Precision area at our national and international customers.
- You will carry out service, maintenance and repair assignments and ensure that our machines remain reliable and powerful in operation.·
- You will analyze faults and technical problems directly on site, identify their cause and independently implement suitable solutions.
- You will carry out conversions, retrofits and modernizations on existing machines and systems.
- You will set up machines at the customer's site, check their functions and accompany them through to successful production operation.

Requirements
- You have completed technical training, for example as a mechanical engineering technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, metal technician or in a comparable technical profession.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the assembly, commissioning or service of machines and systems – but we are also happy to welcome motivated career starters.
- You have a good mechanical understanding and enjoy solving technical challenges directly on the machine.
- Knowledge in the areas of pneumatics, hydraulics or electrical engineering is an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in unexpected situations.
- You approach people openly and appear friendly, professional and reliable towards our customers.
- You have good German and English skills so that you can communicate confidently during international assignments.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Du übernimmst die mechanische Montage, Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen und Anlagen im Bereich Precision bei unseren nationalen und internationalen Kunden.
- Du führst Service-, Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätze durch und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Maschinen zuverlässig und leistungsfähig im Einsatz bleiben.·
- Du analysierst Störungen und technische Probleme direkt vor Ort, findest deren Ursache und setzt passende Lösungen selbstständig um.
- Du führst Umbauten, Nachrüstungen und Modernisierungen an bestehenden Maschinen und Anlagen durch.
- Du stellst Maschinen beim Kunden ein, überprüfst deren Funktionen und begleitest sie bis zum erfolgreichen Produktionsbetrieb.
- Du bist für unsere Kunden vor Ort eine wichtige technische Ansprechperson und unterstützt sie kompetent bei Fragen rund um unsere Maschinen.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Einsätze und stimmst Dich bei technischen Fragestellungen eng mit unseren internen Fachbereichen ab.
- Du bringst Deine Erfahrungen aus den Kundeneinsätzen zurück ins Unternehmen und unterstützt uns dabei, unsere Maschinen und Serviceleistungen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Anforderungen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Maschinenbautechniker, Mechatroniker, Mechaniker, Metalltechniker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf.
- Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung in der Montage, Inbetriebnahme oder im Service von Maschinen und Anlagen mit – wir freuen uns aber auch über motivierte Berufseinsteiger.
- Du verfügst über gutes mechanisches Verständnis und hast Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen direkt an der Maschine zu lösen.
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Pneumatik, Hydraulik oder Elektrotechnik sind von Vorteil.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei unerwarteten Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und trittst unseren Kunden gegenüber freundlich, professionell und verlässlich auf.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, damit Du Dich auch bei internationalen Einsätzen sicher verständigen kannst.
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft mit und hast Freude daran, für unsere Kunden im In- und Ausland unterwegs zu sein.
