Your job
You provide support in the provision of the regional framework conditions for maintenance planning for technical management and the Facility Service Centers.
You participate in the coordination with the maintenance coordinators at the Facility Service Center for cross-divisional maintenance planning and contribute to ensuring compliance with the objectives according to the division's mandate.
You provide support in the optimization of regional maintenance planning within the team, in the development of new maintenance strategies and in the targeted setting of priorities in coordination with all partner areas.
You participate in the creation of an overview of regional resource requirements (incl. vehicle fleet) and contribute in the event of bottlenecks to the coordination of supra-regional resource balancing.
You participate in the coordination of the service volume for other regions within SAE, contribute to the creation of service type planning and participate in the creation of forecast planning.
You manage and control the utilization of the vehicle fleet (road and rail) in the region and are responsible for the procurement and administration of work equipment and protective clothing.
Your profile
You have successfully completed technical or business training at Matura level or a corresponding university of applied sciences or university degree.
As an internal applicant, you alternatively have at least completed the internal training as a service technician and can demonstrate several years of professional experience (depending on the specialist line). In addition, the positive completion of EBIM training is necessary.
You work responsibly, in a structured and precise manner and bring flexibility.
As a team player, you keep calm even in stressful phases and have strong communication skills.

This position is a parental leave replacement and is limited until 31.07.2027.
