Qualification profile

Mit dem Anspruch, zukünftig auch eine Vorreiterrolle im Gesundheitswesen einzunehmen, wird das Qualitätsmanagement organisationsweit strategisch weiterentwickelt, einheitlich ausgerichtet und nachhaltig in den Strukturen verankert – mit klarem Fokus auf die Qualität und Sicherheit der Versorgung sowie den Bedürfnissen von Patient*innen bzw. Aufgabenbereiche
Sie übernehmen die strategische Verantwortung für die organisationsweite Weiterentwicklung des integrierten Qualitätsmanagements und schaffen messbare Qualitätsstandards.
Sie gewährleisten ein wirksames Risiko- und Sicherheitsmanagement und schaffen damit die Grundlage für höchste Standards sowie nachhaltiges Vertrauen in Medizin und Pflege.
Sie sorgen für die Weiterentwicklung von modernen und effizienten Abläufen, treiben die Einführung von Lean Management voran und nutzen innovative Technologien gezielt als Impulsgeber*in für die Weiterentwicklung.
Weiters gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit medizinischen und pflegerischen bzw. Verwaltungs-Fachgremien die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Schwerpunkten und Exzellenzfeldern.
Sie agieren dabei als zentrale strategische Schnittstelle zu Führungskreisen, Einrichtungen und bereichsübergreifenden Netzwerken.
Eine strategische Neuausrichtung der Patient*innen-Orientierung u.a. durch die Ausrollung eines neuen Tools zur Zufriedenheitsbefragungen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich wie die Steuerung des Medizin- und Pflegecontrollings als fundierte Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen.

Qualifikationsprofil
Mehrjährige Management- und Führungserfahrung in einer größeren Organisation des Gesundheitswesens bevorzugt im Klinikumfeld mit entsprechendem Bezug zu Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement
Verständnis für medizinische und pflegerische Zusammenhänge sowie die Fähigkeit, sich in interdisziplinären Expert*innen- und Führungsgremien souverän zu bewegen
Überzeugende Führungsskills, Ergebnisverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke werden vorausgesetzt; Lean-Management-Know-how ist von Vorteil
Strategische Weitsicht, ausgeprägte Steuerungskompetenz, Innovationsfreude sowie eine verbindliche und verbindende, kooperative Persönlichkeit
