- Betreuung und Instandhaltung der Dampfkesselanlagen, Kälteversorgung, Druckluft, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen, Wasserversorgung und technischen Gase (CO2, N2)
- Begehungen von Brandschutz- und Sprinkleranlagen
- Technische Betreuung der Haustechnikanlagen im gesamten Werk und selbständige Durchführung von kleinen Reparaturarbeiten
- Diverse Umbauten bei bestehenden Anlagen und Mithilfe bei neuen Projekten in der Installationstechnik
- Organisation und Koordination mit internen Abteilungen (Technik, Bau, Einkauf, etc.)
- Abstimmung und Einweisung externer Dienstleister sowie Kontrolle der durchgeführten Arbeiten
Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung (z.B im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, GWH-Installateur, Kälte- und Lüftungstechnik, KFZ-Technik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar)
- Kesselwärterprüfung von Vorteil
- Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Übernahme von bezahlten Rufbereitschaften inkl. Brandschutzdienste (Nacht- und Wochenenddienst)
- Eigener PKW aufgrund der Bereitschaftsdienste erforderlich
