Key Responsibilities
Target Architecture Design:
Develop target architectures, transition concepts, and advanced migration strategies to evolve existing GSM-R networks into FRMCS environments.

What We Are Looking For
Education:
Completed technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable background.
Professional Experience:
Several years of professional experience in GSM-R, Mission Critical Communications (MCX), railway telecommunications, or comparable telecommunication networks.
Technical Expertise:
Solid understanding of GSM-R network architectures and Core NSS components, combined with familiarity in FRMCS, MCX (MCPTT, MCData, MCVideo), and 5G environments.
Migration Background:
Proven experience in the planning, migration, or technical evolution of complex live telecommunication networks.
Key Competencies:
Demonstrated experience in international customer projects and technical stakeholder management.
Languages:
Excellent command of both German and English (spoken and written).
Availability:
Readiness for occasional business travel.
