Your MAIN TASKS include:
- Quality inspections in incoming goods and in production, incl. documentation and traceability
- Execution, evaluation and recording of NDT inspections (VT/MT/PT) in accordance with EN ISO 9712 or LCS standards
- Component acceptances at suppliers, incl. recording and coordination of measures
- Participation in process and quality improvements as well as handling of deviations/complaints
Requirements
APPLY if:
- You have completed technical training (mechanical engineering/steel construction/metal technology or similar)
- You have already gained experience in the field of quality assurance – preferably in steel or mechanical engineering
- You perhaps hold valid certifications in the NDT methods VT, PT, MT in accordance with EN ISO 9712 (an advantage) or are willing to undertake further training
- A structured, independent way of working is a matter of course for you
- You are confident in using Office and ideally ERP systems
- You have very good German and English skills
- You hold a driving licence and are willing to visit our suppliers on site for component acceptances

Lust, die Qualität unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen und zu verbessern? Dann bewirb dich bei uns im Bereich QUALITÄTSSICHERUNG (m/w/d).
Deine HAUPTAUFGABEN umfassen:
- Qualitätsprüfungen im Wareneingang und in der Fertigung inkl. Dokumentation und Rückverfolgbarkeit
- Durchführung, Auswertung und Protokollierung von ZfP-Prüfungen (VT/MT/PT) nach EN ISO 9712 bzw. LCS-Standards
- Bauteilabnahmen bei Lieferanten inkl. Protokollierung und Abstimmung von Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserungen sowie Abweichungs-/ Reklamationsbearbeitung
Anforderungen
BEWIRB dich, wenn:
- Du eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau/Stahlbau/Metalltechnik o. ä.) mitbringst
- Du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung – vorzugsweise im Stahl- oder Maschinenbau – sammeln konntest
- Du vielleicht über gültige Zertifizierungen in den ZfP-Verfahren VT, PT, MT gemäß EN ISO 9712 (von Vorteil) verfügst bzw. bereit zur Weiterbildung bist
- für Dich eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise selbstverständlich ist
- Du im Umgang mit Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen sicher bist
- Du über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst
- Du einen PKW-Führerschein besitzt und bereit bist, unsere Lieferanten für die Bauteilabnahmen vor Ort zu besuchen
