Aufgabenbereiche
Verantwortung für das Produktions- und Werkscontrolling im Headquarters inklusive Produktkalkulationen, Kostenanalysen und Abweichungsanalysen
Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts sowie ad-hoc-Auswertungen als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage
Sparringspartner*in für Geschäftsführung, Führungskräfte und Fachbereiche in controllingrelevanten Fragestellungen
Erstellung von Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen sowie Begleitung von Verlagerungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, Datenqualität und Reportingstrukturen in S4 Hana und Power BI
Qualifikationsprofil
Facheinschlägige akademische Ausbildung mit entsprechend einschlägiger Berufserfahrung als Produktions-/Plant- oder Werkscontroller/-in
Leidenschaft für komplexe Produktionsprozesse, Analysen bzw. Aufzeigen von Effizienzmöglichkeiten
Eigenständige, umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Wunsch, den Fachbereich weiter aufzubauen und zu leiten
Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
