Your area of responsibility includes
the necessary
orders
in the course of project implementation
as well as
project-related communication

authorities and
neighbors.
Deadlines, costs and quality
are monitored by you. In case of deviations, you take measures for the
projects assigned to
you or support Technical
Specialists in these areas.
The
coordination
of internal and
external contractors during construction phase planning and during the
construction process is part of your tasks.
You not only work
in the area of
project implementation
but also support work in
facility maintenance
An important part
of your work concerns the execution or collaboration in
the creation of
documentation
(quality inspection, document archiving, meeting
or inspection minutes, etc.)
Your profile
HTL Matura degree in the area of civil engineering, in particular civil engineering/building construction
or a corresponding university degree
as well as ideally several years of
relevant professional experience
.
Enjoyment in jointly developing solutions and you also gladly pass on your knowledge.
Physical and mental fitness (track
or rail suitability is determined at the time of hiring).
Very good German skills
