About the Opportunity
A leading international marketing and communications organization is seeking a Senior Print Designer to join its global production team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in lithography, final artwork, and print production who is passionate about delivering high-quality creative executions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the technical and visual excellence of all final artwork and production deliverables.
• Review, optimize, and finalize layouts, print files, and production materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital assets.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, and Account teams to bring concepts to life.
• Manage color correction, proofing, print approvals, and prepress processes.
• Perform quality control on typography, image retouching, and final artwork.
• Support process improvements, template development, and production automation initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external production partners to ensure seamless execution.
Required Qualifications
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in print production, final artwork, or lithography within an agency or production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of prepress processes, color management, proofing, and print production standards.
• Experience managing complex print projects and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI-driven creative production workflows.
