You will contact potential customers, present our online English learning programs, follow up with interested leads, and convert prospects into paying students. Responsibilities • Contact potential customers by phone and WhatsApp. • Explain our courses, pricing, and learning programs. • Follow up with interested prospects and handle objections. • Convert leads into paying customers. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales. • Work toward sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Moroccan Darija. • Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone. • Good organization and follow-up skills. • Motivation, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset. • Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
