To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in Morocco. Kasbah Tamadot Nestled in the Atlas Mountains just outside the Berber village of Asni, Kasbah Tamadot (“soft breeze” in Berber) is where Moroccan hospitality meets the Virgin spirit. What's the gig? Reporting to the General Manager, you'll own the whole employee experience, from a colleague's first interview to their long-service celebration, and lead our Payroll Clerk. Culture & Engagement • Own the Workbuzz survey and turn results into real action plans • Run recognition, length-of-service and wellbeing initiatives that make colleagues feel valued • Keep Virgin's values alive in every department Talent & Development • Manage end-to-end recruitment, inductions and probation reviews • Identify training needs and support career progression and succession planning Employee Relations • Be the first point of contact for grievances, disciplinaries, absence and conduct, in partnership with the GM • Advise managers on Moroccan labour law and policy so everyone is treated fairly Payroll & HR Operations • Own monthly payroll with Finance, including CNSS, IR and service-charge distribution • Keep Workday records, contracts, permits and HR reporting accurate and compliant Here's what you need in your tool kit • Generalist HR experience, ideally in luxury hospitality • Solid knowledge of Moroccan employment law, ER casework and payroll • Workday or similar HRIS experience (Workbuzz a bonus) • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at every level • Fluent English; Arabic and/or French a real advantage • A passion for people and culture, and a sense of fun!
