Les missions :
• Accueillir les clients et assurer un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.
• Gérer les réservations par WhatsApp, téléphone, email et plateformes.
• Présenter les soins, conseiller les clients
• Coordonner les horaires avec les thérapeutes et l’équipe du spa.
• Répondre aux clients en français et en anglais
