Field Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team in Morocco. The role is suited to an electromechanical or automation professional with hands-on industrial experience and a strong customer focus. Main Responsabilities • Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of filling machines and auxiliary equipment. • Provide technical support to customers and operators, including production support, training, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. • Monitor equipment performance, spare parts, tools, and technical resources to ensure reliability and operational efficiency. • Prepare technical and warranty reports and maintain accurate service documentation in line with company procedures. • Support customer claims, efficiency trials, audits, and technical improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards, while proactively communicating technical issues, customer needs, risks, and deviations. Qualifications • Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in food or packaging. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. • Good command of English; French and Arabic. • Flexibility to travel to customer sites.
