About UsSpeedaf is an integrated logistics service provider focused on emerging markets including China, Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. In Morocco, we have established a local express and less-than-truckload (LTL) network with multiple distribution centers, service points, and warehouses. We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced Legal Supervisor to manage contract management, labor compliance, dispute resolution, and legal risk prevention for our Morocco operations. This role requires solid knowledge of Moroccan labor law, commercial law, and logistics-related regulations, with the ability to independently handle daily legal matters and provide compliance support for business operations.
Key Responsibilities1.Contract Management
• Draft, review, revise, and archive various company contracts, including logistics service agreements, procurement contracts, lease agreements, and cooperation agreements;
• Maintain a contract management register; track signing, performance, renewal, and termination;
• Develop a standard contract template library and drive standardization in contract management.
2.Labor Compliance & Employee Relations
• Draft and review legal documents such as employment contracts, termination agreements, and warning letters;
• Provide labor law consultation and support to the HR department to ensure employment compliance;
• Handle labor disputes, arbitration, and litigation cases; coordinate with external legal counsel.
3.Legal Risk Prevention
• Identify legal risks in company operations; develop risk prevention plans and contingency measures;
• Monitor updates to Moroccan laws and regulations; assess business impact and provide compliance recommendations;
• Conduct legal compliance training to enhance company-wide legal awareness.
4.Dispute Resolution & Case Management
• Manage and follow up on legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation cases;
• Coordinate with external lawyers and legal advisors to facilitate case resolution;
• Regularly update case progress and produce case analysis reports.
5.Legal Support
• Provide legal consultation and support to all business departments, including but not limited to logistics services, insurance, and credit guarantees;
• Participate in major business negotiations, providing legal opinions and risk alerts;
• Perform other legal tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Law; holder of a lawyer's license or legal qualification is preferred;
2.Experience: 3+ years of legal experience; experience in logistics, trade, or multinational companies is preferred;
3.Professional Skills:
• Familiar with Moroccan labor law, commercial law, contract law, and logistics-related regulations;
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills;
• Experience in handling labor disputes, arbitration, and litigation cases;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
4.Language Skills:
• Arabic: Fluent (working language);
• French: Fluent (working language);
• English: Business proficiency is a plus;
5.Competencies:
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong professional integrity;
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong ability to work under pressure and independently handle complex legal matters.
