Deloitte Extended Services, based in Casablanca, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deloitte France and operates as a fully autonomous delivery center.
Supporting various Deloitte member firms, Deloitte Extended Services brings together talented professionals to serve clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries and business areas. Our Delivery Center is also recognized as a center of excellence for emerging technologies, both in Morocco and across the Deloitte network.
Our consultants and subject matter experts work on large-scale international projects, offering a broad variety of assignments across multiple industries.
Your Role
Reporting to the DU EMEA project Lead at Deloitte Extended Services, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Offsite Delivery team across the full lifecycle of a programme, the resource planning and allocation, and support the delivery of an outstanding experience for learners using established tools and procedures.
The Offsite Delivery Function Manager oversees a high-quality delivery and learner experience, and works closely with the DES/DU EMEA project lead and DU EMEA leads to ensure that DU EMEA programmes are delivered to a world-class standard.
This role will work as a key member of the Delivery Management function at DU EMEA.
Leadership & Relationship Management
• Supports in identifying and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders across DU EMEA and understanding their requirements and collaborates in identifying valuable solutions.
• Closely collaborates with the Delivery Management function leads.
• Closely collaborates with the DES/DU EMEA leads.
• Supports in driving continuous improvement throughout all activities.
• Contributes to ensuring a smooth collaboration with internal teams.
• Successfully works with the DU EMEA (Sub)Function Leads (esp. Delivery Management, Delivery Logistics and Faculty) to drive efficiencies.
Managing Offsite Coordinators
• Leads the team of Offsite Coordinators.
• Manages the Offsite Coordinators programme allocation.
• Manages the Offsite Coordinators performance.
• Contributes to ensuring collaboration with all relevant teams across DU EMEA.
• Ensure a proper onboarding process for team members and continuous upskilling
• throughout their journey at Deloitte Extended services.
Programme Coordination
• Oversees the day-to-day management of the team across the full lifecycle of the programmes.
• Oversees all aspects of programme delivery, from pre-programme logistics to post-programme evaluation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for delegates.
• Ensures a consistent standard of delivery across all DU EMEA programmes.
• Ensures consistency and alignment in terms of processes’ adoption and tools usage.
Your Team
You will be responsible of a team of 10+ Programme coordinators, based in Casablanca, collaborating with stakeholders and delegates across the EMEA region.
Your Qualifications
Skills and capabilities
• Is goal-oriented with a focus on driving value for DES and DU EMEA.
• Demonstrates effective planning and organizing, using systematic processes to achieve goals.
• A master of the learning experience, understanding and considering the experiences, needs, and aspirations of learners to improve learning and development.
• Exhibits advanced managing change & ambiguity skills, with the ability to make decisions, take action, and motivate others during times of uncertainty and change.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders (from junior colleagues to senior leaders).
• Excel proficiency and comfort adopting and leveraging digital tools, platforms and emerging technologies (including AI‑enabled solutions).
• Stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
Previous experience
• At least 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Relevant experience in Business, Talent Acquisition, Programme Coordination, or related field.
• Experience in planning, structuring and coordinating timelines, owners, risks and deliverables through strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Experience delivering in a cross-cultural environment.
Education & qualifications
• Bachelors’ degree in learning, business or related field, Masters’ degree preferrable
• Languages: English – fluent, French is an advantage
