Notre client, grande structure, leader dans le domaine de services interbancaires basée dans le quartier Maarif, recrute dans le cadre de son développement, des Agents Help desk Chargés de clientèle CRC. Vous êtes en charge de l’interface clients B2B, exercer une activité à distance centrée sur l’accueil, la prise en charge des clients et d’assurer le SAV.
Bac+2/+3 avec une expérience dans une fonction similaire, type centre d’appel. Vous êtes dynamique, autonome avec un grand sens de responsabilité. Vous êtes à l’écoute de vos clients et vous faites preuve d’un bon sens de communication en français. Vous êtes disponible pour assurer 3 shifts de nuit par mois. Salaire net 4 400 Dhs + Prime 1 000 Dhs pour les shifts de nuit
