Become a Future Legacy Maker The Future Legacy Maker Program is Kerzner International's flagship graduate development program designed to accelerate the careers of high-potential hospitality graduates through a structured 12-month journey of hospitality management training combining operational exposure, leadership development, mentoring and business projects.
