RECRUTEMENT : EXPERTS POIDS LOURDS (H/F)
Casablanca | Spécialiste : ZF, WABCO, EATON, PRESTOLITE
1. DIRECTEUR TECHNIQUE OPÉRATIONNEL
Missions : Diagnostic et réparation de boîtes de vitesses (ZF) et systèmes pneumatiques. Management de l’équipe atelier (4 techniciens) et support technique client sur le terrain.
- Profil : 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en atelier PL/Engins. Expert technique capable d'intervenir directement en atelier. Pas de profil administratif.
2. TECHNICO-COMMERCIAL TERRAIN
Missions : Prospection active de nouveaux comptes (Transporteurs, Flottes, Industries), développement du CA pièces et services, conseil technique et suivi client.
- Profil : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente terrain (Poids Lourd/Industrie obligatoire). Profil "Chasseur", autonome, mobile et orienté résultats.
