Nous cherchons pour notre compte des agents POD avec les conditions suivantes :
Formation :
- Baccalauréat plus 2 en logistique, finance ou commerce (fraîchement diplômé)
Missions et tâches :
- Assurer le dépôt de la facture
- Assurer un bon archivage
- Mise à jour de la situation des factures et les BL facturés
- Relancer les livreurs pour récupérer le POD (BC, BL, bon de retour, bon de palette…)
- Constituer un dossier de règlement (Facture, BL, quittance facturing)
