upervise and coordinate one of three production teams, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets while developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise 30-50 production operatives and coordinate daily activities
· Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators
· Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational safety regulations
· Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
· Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback
