ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR – AEROSPACE / INDUSTRIAL

Entreprise ORH Assessment, a recruitment and executive assessment firm, is supporting a leading international aerospace group in the launch of its new industrial entity in Morocco. We are currently looking for a: ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR – AEROSPACE / INDUSTRIAL Poste Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in setting up and securing the accounting function of a new industrial entity, within an international and multicultural environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee general accounting activities and monthly and annual closing processes • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, reconciliations and inventory-related operations • Supervise Accounts Payable activities and support the Finance Analyst within their scope • Contribute to Group financial reporting and coordinate with international Finance teams • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the internal control framework, including SOX requirements • Contribute to the structuring and implementation of Finance processes as part of the launch of the new industrial entitY • WHY JOIN THIS OPPORTUNITY? Profil recherché KEY REQUIREMENTS • 6–10 years of experience in accounting, ideally gained in an industrial environment and/or within an international group • Solid experience in an industrial environment • Experience in the aerospace or automotive sectors is strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of Moroccan accounting standards and practices • Fluent English – mandatory, with regular interaction with Finance teams based in Europe, North America and Asia • Strong ERP skills, ideally SAP • Experience with US GAAP and/or SOX is a strong advantage • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit or equivalent If you have solid experience in industrial accounting, are fluent in English, and are looking to take part in the launch of a new industrial entity within a leading international group, we would be pleased to hear from you. #Accounting #Finance #AccountingSupervisor #Aerospace #Automotive #Industry #Morocco #Casablanca #Recruitment Traits de personnalité souhaités Conventionnel Respect des règles Besoin d'objectivité Rationalisme Organisation
