Supervise and coordinate one of three production teams, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and achievement of production targets while developing team capabilities. Key Responsibilities · Supervise 30-50 production operatives and coordinate daily activities · Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators · Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational safety regulations · Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings · Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback · Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions · Manage shift handovers and escalate issues to Plant Manager · Support continuous improvement initiatives · Maintain production documentation and reports · Manage attendance and basic disciplinary processes Requirements · 5+ years production operations experience; 2+ in supervisory role · Food manufacturing experience highly valued · Strong leadership and team management capability · Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC beneficial) · French and/or Arabic fluency; English or Spanish beneficial · Flexibility for shift work and on-call availability
