About UsSpeedaf is an integrated logistics service provider focused on emerging markets including China, Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. In Morocco, we have established a local express and less-than-truckload (LTL) network with multiple distribution centers, service points, and warehouses. We are looking for a detail-oriented, rigorous, and experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage payroll and benefits administration, social security and tax filings, as well as core HR operations including onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, and offboarding. This role requires solid knowledge of Moroccan labor law, CNSS/AMO social security, and income tax (IR) calculation, with the ability to independently handle the full payroll cycle and ensure HR operations are compliant and efficient.
Key Responsibilities1.Payroll Calculation & Disbursement
• Manage monthly payroll calculation for regular staff, temporary staff, and interns;
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related data;
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and handle payroll exceptions and employee inquiries;
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and labor cost analysis.
2.Social Security & Tax Filing
• Manage monthly CNSS/AMO declarations and payments;
• Handle income tax (IR) calculation, withholding, and annual filing;
• Monitor changes in social security and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
3.Benefits Administration
• Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, meal allowance, transport allowance);
• Handle benefit-related inquiries and exceptions.
4.Core HR Operations
• Process employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, and offboarding;
• Manage employment contract signing, renewal, termination, and archiving;
• Maintain employee roster and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
• Support attendance management, leave statistics, and basic employee relations matters.
5.Data & Compliance
• Maintain payroll and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality;
• Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll and HR documents;
• Assist in optimizing payroll and HR processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
2.Experience: 3+ years of payroll or HR experience; experience in logistics, trade, or multinational companies is preferred;
3.Professional Skills:
• Familiar with Moroccan labor law, CNSS/AMO social security, and income tax (IR) calculation;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, etc.);
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus;
4.Language Skills:
• Arabic: Fluent (working language);
• French: Fluent (working language);
• English: Business proficiency;
5.Competencies:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
