We are looking for a Financial Controller to monitor financial and operational performance and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. • Monitor costs, budgets and financial performance. • Analyze variances and key industrial KPIs. • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards. • Ensure data accuracy, compliance and alignment with Group standards. • Support performance improvement initiatives and SAP budget control. Profile • Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control or equivalent. • 1–3 years of experience, preferably in an industrial environment. • Strong financial and analytical skills. • Advanced Excel; SAP, Power BI and Tableau knowledge. • Strong communication skills.
